Signal International said Thursday that it has won a $10 million contract to repair two offshore oil rigs damaged last month by Hurricane Ike. Signal, which is moving its headquarters from Pascagoula to Mobile, said it expects to add 200 workers at least temporarily to the 2,500 it has at two Pascagoula shipyards.
