Royal D’Iberville Casino & Hotel will be a 60,000-square-foot casino with a 400-room hotel and a parking garage. Plans include an open-air market underneath elevated restaurants and shops. This boardwalk district would offer scenic views of an 80-slip marina from the front and have condominium towers in the back. Its waterfront towers would each have 99 units.

Site work is under way and developer Mark Seymour Sr. said plans call for a hotel and casino, a marina, condos and an open-air market underneath elevated shops and restaurants.
